Creative Sound Coaching is a unique and fun way to access your creativity while learning about yourself in the process. In a Creative Sound Coaching session we use musical instruments and our voices as tools to reflect, nurture and express your experiences. We’ll explore the fundamentals of music (vibration, rhythm, tone, melody), and learn how they apply to and mirror your life circumstance. Not only is this process fun and rewarding, but you can apply the tools and methods you learn to all areas of your life; from decision-making and relationships, to business and health. You don’t need to be a musician or a singer to have an amazing experience!
